It started with the investment of Defne Tarım A.Ş., a subsidiary of our company, in a bovine raw milk production facility in Tire district of İzmir province in 2003. As of today, it is one of the leading companies in the sector in Turkey with its activities with a total of 3,500 cattle dairy cattle, 1,280 of which is dairy cattle, and 1200 ovine livestock, which meet the majority of its own feed needs in a closed area of 36,000 square meters and a total of 400 hectares of agricultural land..
DAIRY CATTLE BREEDING
There are 3,500 Holstein cattle in total, 1,280 of which are milkers. In this context, together with the production of raw milk, calf and heifer breeding is also carried out for fattening purposes.
SHEEP BREEDING
