Eni Energy Construction Contracting Trade and Industry Co. was established in Ankara in 2002 in order to undertake; especially highway, infrastructure and other contracting projects in the construction sector, especially wind and other renewable energy power plant investments in the energy sector, and production and investment activities in the food-agriculture and livestock sector.
ENERGY. The Company started its activities in the energy sector as an investor with the Boreas I Enez RES project, which is one of the very first wind power plants in Turkey, that was put into operation in 2010. It continued its activities with solar energy investments with DT SPP projects commissioned in 2015 and 2017. Later, with the commissioning of the Maslaktepe WPP project in 2019, it increased its investments in the field of wind energy.
It continues project development activities in order to realize wind and solar power plant investments both in national and foreign markets.
FOOD-AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK . It entered the this sector in 2003 with the establishment of Defne Tarım A.Ş. as a subsidiary of our Company. in order to breed dairy cattle.
As a manufacturer of high quality raw milk in conformity with food safety and hygiene standards, Defne Tarım A.Ş was awarded in 2006 by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). As of today, it continues its activities with raw milk production on EU standards, breeding heifer raising and breeding sheep raising. , while producing most of its own fodder on its own agricultural lands.
In 2020, a dairy factory investment was commissioned to produce milk and dairy products under the ENER brand in Izmir-Tire Organized Industrial Zone. It has become a completely vertically integrated structure by selling products such as milk, cheese varieties, butter, yoghurt to domestic and international markets with its own marketing organization. Apart from these, various agricultural products are grown on the agricultural lands which are owned by the Company in Bayramiç district of Çanakkale province. It is planned to start breeding sheep raising investment project in the said area in 2023.
CONSTRUCTION .The company has taken part in many highway, housing, infrastructure, industrial facility and energy facility projects in the construction sector and has contributed significantly to the completion of these projects..
